Job Summary:

The Loan Set-up Specialist receives the initial electronic loan submission from a broker, verifies that the information input into the LOS is accurate and complete, verifies that loan complies with company guidelines, orders various on line supporting documents, organizes all documents into a paperless file and submits the loan to underwriting.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review initial submission for compliance with Company Guidelines
• Verify that information input by Broker into LOS is accurate
• Order online verifications of certain information
• Organize documentation in paperless storage
• Notify Account Executive of any deficiencies
• Once file is complete, submit it to underwriting
• Meet or exceed Company production guidelines
• Cross Train on additional functions in adjacent departments to work as needed

Work Hours & Environment:

• Monday- Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Hours may vary depending on production
• Saturdays and overtime when necessary

Job Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Mid- Level Computer Skills
• Ability to Multi-task

Experience:

• Previous Mortgage Experience Preferred
