Job Description:

Serves internal and external customers by clearing conditions of underwritten loans and resolving customer questions.

Job Duties & Responsibiilties:

• Clears outstanding underwriting conditions of loans approved by Senior Underwriters.
• Consistently maintains a production quota of 9 new condition loans daily.
• Completes all steps necessary to clear a loan to closing.
• Respond and help resolves issues identified by Quality Control, Post Closing, or other internal departments.
• Provide best-in-class customer service through friendly, professional and responsive communication with internal and external customers
• Strive to meet department and Company-set goals pertaining to production and service levels
