    HARP 2.0 & Refi Plus

Under the new HARP 2.0 enhancements, primary residences are eligible to receive financing up to 125% LTV with reduced pricing adjustments.

 

HARP 2.0 will not have a CLTV restriction for Primary Residence. Condos currently secured by Fannie Mae will be eligible to refinance up to 125% LTV without full condo review.

 

Guidelines have also been expanded for Fannie Mae’s Du Refinance Plus program for secondary homes and Investment properties. Secondary homes are now eligible to be refinanced up to 125% LTV and 105% LTV for Investment Properties.
