Eric Eisenberg

Eric operates a one-man shop out of Orange County, California funding over $100 million in loan production with a referral-only client base. While he has over 20 years of experience with standard loans, Eric has recently shifted his focus to non-agency purchases as he feels that this gives him the ability to provide his clients with a service that is unique and valuable. Eric prides himself on educating his clients and referral partners through his experiences and offering goal-based solutions for their specific needs.

     

Brenna Carles

Based in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, Brenna has experienced tremendous growth by focusing on vacation homes, short-term rentals, investing strategies and helping people build wealth. Since 2019, Brenna has been a top originator on the east coast for number of loans closed. She was among Scotsman Guide’s 2021 Top Mortgage Originators and the 2021 Scotsman Guide’s Top Women Mortgage Originators. Brenna was also featured in the Top 100 Magazine as one of the top people in finance in the United States. Her company, The Mortgage Shop, which opened in fall 2021, successfully closed over $68M in loan volume for the first quarter of 2022.
