Dana has a balanced approach of exceptional client service coupled with extensive knowledge of guidelines and operational competencies. Dana has spent time as a loan officer, account executive and mortgage trainer. Combining all her previous experience in the mortgage industry and her love for streamlining any task while assisting others, Dana had just the right synergy to jump into processing. Along with her business partner, Krysti Loftis, Dana’s goal is to revolutionize the world of contract processing and set a new standard of service for the broker community.

   

Krysti Loftis

Krysti Loftis is the co-founder and Vice President of Pulse Processing. Her experience in the mortgage industry began in retail origination and transitioned to wholesale in 2017 when she became an account executive. Her dedication to the overall experience when working with a broker made for a natural switch into the world of processing in 2022 when she partnered with Dana Lang. Together, they set off to build a new, more transparent and hands-on approach to providing the best client experience possible, while helping to alleviate processing costs for mortgage brokers across the nation. Currently, their team is licensed in 11 states, with plans to continue growing. Krysti believes the secret sauce to creating happy borrowers boils down to setting proper expectations and keeping an open mind, no matter the situation.
