Discipline is the key!

To manifest greatness, you must have a mindset that reflects discipline. To attain mental toughness, you need discipline. Attaining discipline consists of repeat practice. Being able to get up at a specific time every morning, walking, closing the same amount of loans or eating healthy…these activities all require some level of discipline.

Allow yourself to seek out what your heart truly desires. This happens when you eliminate your ego. Allowing your ego to take over your thoughts will bring you short of your life’s desires. Keeping yourself disciplined will mold you into the person you are meant to be.

Constantly practice and become a creature of habit. A lot of us woke up this morning looking for motivation. With discipline comes self-motivation and with self-motivation you are able to push yourself to what your life desires. Discipline is the key!

“The individual who wants to reach the top in business must appreciate the might and force of habit. He must be quick to break those habits that can break him—and hasten to adopt those practices that will become the habits that help him achieve the success he desires.”

The only thing better then the phone call VS. e-mail is the FACE to FACE loan application with your borrowers. You are pre U/W the deal as you go thru the #1003. I know it's old school and it might not be for every LO and it takes more time. But you have a realationship that can't be duplacated thru the rest of the deal.
