There are 2 types of needs- financial and emotional. Financial goals include lower rate and lower payment; any broker can obtain these goals. What sets us apart from our competitors is that we dig deeper to find our clients’ emotional needs, i.e. WHY do they want a lower payment? How will it make their life better?

If there was ever something I felt truly passionate about, it's list-making. I have numerous lists going at all times: “to-do’s at work”, “to-do’s at home”, a running grocery list, questions I want to remember to ask people, and long-term goal lists, just to name a few. Why do I love lists so much? In addition to my life feeling chaotic without them, I also feel such a sense of accomplishment when I cross things off.

The role of an account executive is to build relationships. Traditional account executives visit local broker shops and attempt to convince broker owners to send business to the lender they work for. At United Wholesale Mortgage we have enhanced the traditional role of an account executive by staffing our executives in-house. The selling point, or benefit of this, is that we, ‘’the account executives”, dedicate eight hours of our day to assist our broker partners.

One of the first Halloweens I remember, all of my girlfriends were princesses and fairies, and I was Chipper Jones of the Atlanta Braves. I was obsessed with baseball at a very early age, and after seeing A League of Their Own, I set a long-term goal. For some crazy reason, I believed my parents when they said I could be anything I wanted to be, and I wanted to be the first female to play in professional baseball since World War II.
