Having a social media presence can make a huge impact on getting exposure to potential clients. I’ve found some success myself with making new connections as well as having a few people become very good friends. In my experience working with brokers, I’ve noticed that the ones that create a game plan and utilize social media tend to do more business.

Let us imagine for a moment that you have provided the perfect mortgage experience for your client as they are buying their first home. At most they should meet you, a real estate agent or 2, an escrow/closing agent, inspector and maybe the appraiser. So the reality they experience of the mortgage world would be somewhat limited as to the vast complexity of what it takes and how many people are actually involved in the entire mortgage process.
