United Wholesale Mortgage of Troy No. 1 wholesale lender
United Wholesale Mortgage, a division of Troy-based United Shore Financial Services LLC, was the top wholesale lender in the U.S. in 2015, according to data compiled by Inside Mortgage Finance.
United Wholesale totaled $13 billion in wholesale lending in the year, up 54.6 percent from 2014 and good for a national market share of 7.4 percent.
