Troubleshooting Tips
- Issue: You receive message "This is private. Sorry, you don’t have permission to watch here."
- Suggestion: Go to vimeo.com to ensure you are logged out of any personal accounts. Next, open the settings in your internet browser and clear your cache. Then, login on UWM.com through EASE single sign-on and launch the Weekly Sales Huddle page.
If you are still unable to access the Huddle press CTL+Shift+N to open a new private browsing window. Then, login on UWM.com through EASE single sign-on and launch the Weekly Sales Huddle page.
- Issue: You are unable to watch on your mobile device, specifically iPhone/ios Safari and Chrome browser users
- Suggestion: This issue is due to a setting in Safari/Chrome listed as ‘cross site traffic’.
- For Safari: Please go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘Safari’ -> and disable ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’
- For Chrome: Please go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘Chrome’ -> and enable ‘Allow Cross-Website Tracking
