UWM Clients can opt in to receive MMS and SMS Brand 360 alerts from UWM short code 91930 through their Brand 360 account setting preferences. Message frequency varies by use. Text options include:

 

  • Mortgage Matchup Lead Form — When a new lead form is completed
  • Blink+ Application In Progress — When a Blink+ application has been started (but not completed)
  • Blink+ Application Submitted — When a Blink+ application has been submitted
  • Credit Watch — Receive an alert when a past borrower credit score has reached 700 or above
  • Unite — When past borrowers achieve a set amount of equity in their home (80% is default if no target LTV is set)
  • Uconnect — When past borrowers have their credit pulled for a mortgage
  • MI Drop — When past borrowers LTV is at or below 80% and may be eligible to remove mortgage insurance
  • New Home Listing — When past borrowers have listed their property for sale
  • Payoff Request — When past borrowers have submitted a payoff request
  • Boost Lead Connect — When your newly imported borrower leads are available
  • Birthday — When it’s a past borrower’s birthday
  • Loan Anniversary — When it’s a past borrower’s loan anniversary
  • Memory Maker — When a loan closes to remind you to send a Memory Maker

 

By selecting the applicable toggles and opting in to any of these services, you consent to receive mobile text alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By signing up, you are confirming you are over the age of 13. When you opt-in to any of these services, we will send you a message confirming your opt-in to receive UWM Brand 360 Alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by use. Text "HELP" or contact 800-981-8898 for help. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 91930. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.

 

If you want to join again, just opt back in via your Brand 360 account settings preferences and we will start sending messages to you again.
