Our Custom Borrower Videos keep you and your clients connected when they hit milestones during the life of their loan. These four videos, which you’re automatically opted into, provide an overview of each milestone and highlights what your borrower can expect.

Hello Video

This video is sent on your behalf to your borrower when their loan hits underwriting at UWM, thanking them for their business and explaining what to expect next. The video features:

Your name
Your company name
The borrower’s name and address
A CTA encouraging the borrower to call with questions

CTC Congratulations Video

This video is sent on your behalf to your borrower as soon as the loan is cleared to close, congratulating them on their achievement and letting them know you’ll be in contact soon to schedule the closing. This video also thanks the borrower for their business and features:

Your name
Your company’s name
The borrower’s name and address
The name of your real estate partner (purchases only)

Servicing Welcome Video

This video is sent from UWM to borrowers after their loan closes to join in the celebration and introduce UWM as their servicer, reminding them that as their broker, you should always be their first call when they’re ready to refinance or purchase a home. This video also informs the borrower on how to:

Read their online statement
Navigate our servicing website
Make payments

It also features:

The borrower’s name and address
Your name
Your company’s name

Servicing Sale Video

In the case that the loan is sold, this video from UWM informs your borrower that their loan has been sold to another servicer. It also gives us the chance to express our appreciation, provide a warm hand off to their new servicer and inform them what to expect moving forward. This video features:

The new servicer’s name and address
The borrower’s name
The date that payments should go to the new servicer
Your name
Your company’s name
