I came to Success Track expecting to be taught how UWM works, but instead, UWM taught me how the entire mortgage industry works. Coming in, I thought it was going to be a typical classroom learning experience, but it turned out to be fun-filled with activities and competition. Participating as a newly licensed LO made me feel like I’m going to be good at this, and I’m excited about this career.
