    • Available to all UWM partners throughout March and can be extended into April for those who achieve PRO Elite 100+ status in January, February or March.
    • If you didn't achieve PRO Elite 100+ in January, February or March, you can still take advantage of the 75bps incentive by using TRAC+ on eligible loans.
  • Borrower must have a 680+ FICO score to receive the incentive
  • Conventional and government refinances

    • Cash-out, rate and term, FHA Streamlines, VA IRRRLs

      • Not available on Conventional Cash-Out 90, non-QM or jumbo loans
  • Cannot be combined with Control Your Price (CYP) bps
