UWM Offering 100 Basis Points Incentive for Refinances
Pontiac, January 31, 2024 – United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the #1 overall mortgage lender in America, announced today Refi 100, a 100-basis points pricing incentive on any note rate for conventional rate and term refinances.
Available on new locks now through March 29, 2024, the Refi 100 pricing incentive is aimed to help independent mortgage brokers who work with UWM create their own refinance boom and grow their book of business.
To qualify, loans originated by UWM must be at least 365 days from the previous note date. There is no seasoning required for non-UWM loans.
This comes after UWM recently announced the rebrand of its consumer-facing website, replacing FindAMortgageBroker.com with MortgageMatchup.com, furthering its goal of connecting consumers with local mortgage brokers in their area.
