If you’re committed to growing your business, you should be laser-focused on providing a better client experience, investing in yourself to get better and building stronger relationships with your clients. PRO Rankings is designed to help you make that happen by establishing best practices that can lead to repeat business.
At the beginning of each month, you’ll earn a PRO Ranking status based on your actions in the prior month, including:
- Submitting loans that achieve an Ultimate Loan Submission
- Percentage of loans that you ordered a Memory Maker on
- How many times you’ve visited the UWM campus in the past 12 months
- Watching 3 Points, Weekly Fastbreak and the Weekly Sales Huddle
- Communicating with your account executive
- Bonus Action
Each category is tracked and scored (see the scoring key) and then combined for a total PRO Score that will help you achieve one of three PRO Ranking statuses for that month: PRO Elite, PRO Plus or PRO Basic. The higher your PRO Score the quicker your turn times will be and the more visibility you’ll have on Mortgage Matchup. Plus, every month you achieve PRO Elite status, you can earn Control Your Price bps and LO Partner Points based on your PRO Elite tier (PRO Elite, PRO Elite 100, PRO Elite 120, PRO Elite 140). In addition, if you achieve PRO Elite status for each month in a quarter, you’ll receive an additional incentive based on the lowest PRO Elite tier achieved in that quarter.
Here's a breakdown of turn times for each PRO Ranking status:

Your PRO score, PRO Ranking and corresponding turn times will only be updated at the beginning of each month, based on the previous month.
