Mobile Terms And Conditions

UWM Clients can op in to receive MMS and SMS from UWM through their account setting preferences or by opting in via keyword through their mobile device where indicated. Message frequency varies by use. Text options include:

 

  • ActionIQ — Receive a reminder to complete tasks due that day — Opt in through account settings only
  • Good. Better. Broker. Podcast — Receive an alert when the newest podcast is live — Opt in through texting “podcast” to 38612
  • Morning Rates — Receive an alert in the morning when rates become available — Opt in through account settings only
  • Daily Rates — Receive an alert in the morning when rates become available and whenever they change — Opt in through account settings only
  • 3 Points — Receive an alert when the latest 3Points video is available — Opt in through account settings or by texting “3Points” to 38612
  • UWM Sales Huddle — Receive an alert 15 minutes before the UWM Weekly Sales Huddle starts or once the replay is available, depending on time zone — Opt in through account settings or by texting “Sales9” to 38612 to receive an alert before the Sales Huddle goes live at 9 a.m. ET or “Sales12” to 38612 to receive an alert before the replay is available at 12 p.m. ET

 

By opting in to any of these services, you consent to receive mobile text alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By signing up, you are confirming you are over the age of 13. Message and data rates may apply.

 

When you opt-in to any of these services, we will send you a message confirming your opt-in to 38612 to receive UWM Alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by use. Text "HELP" or contact 800-981-8898 for help. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 38612. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.

 

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or opt in via your account settings preferences and we will start sending messages to you again.
