Homebuyers can get up to a $600 appraisal credit on eligible conventional and government purchase loans, while borrowers with a FICO of 680 or higher can receive a 75bps pricing incentive on eligible conventional and government refinance loans.           

• The $600 appraisal credit on purchases is available to all UWM partners through April
• The 75bps refi incentive is available to all brokers through March and can be extended into April for those who achieve PRO Elite 100+ status in January, February or March.
