Since UWM initially services every loan we close, every UWM borrower will now have the option to use Bilt to pay their mortgage. What is Bilt?

Previously only for renters, Bilt is a rewards platform. Now, UWM has become the first mortgage servicer to offer rewards to borrowers for making their on-time digital mortgage payment through Bilt as their payment platform. Borrowers receive valuable points that can be redeemed for savings on dining, groceries, pharmacies, travel and more — all right in their own community.
