UWM Offering 75 Basis Points Incentive on Refinances and $600 Appraisal Credit on Purchases
Pontiac, March 4, 2026 – United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the nation's #1 mortgage lender, announced today a 75-basis points (bps) pricing incentive for eligible conventional and government refinance loans, along with a $600 appraisal credit for conventional and government purchase loans.
The 75 bps pricing incentive is available on new locks through March, while the $600 appraisal credit is available through April. These incentives provide a win-win for independent mortgage brokers and borrowers, allowing brokers to capture both sides of the market while also providing eligible borrowers with significant savings, whether they’re purchasing their home or refinancing their loan.
This announcement follows UWM’s 40th anniversary pricing incentive, revealed earlier this year.
