After building a successful broker territory in Chicago he relocated back to Michigan to manage, mold and grow UWM’s Sales Force into one of the Largest Wholesale Lenders in the Country. Recently, Ishbia was named as one of The Top Most Influential Mortgage Professionals under 40 by The National Mortgage Professionals, and was named one of Crain’s Detroit Business’s 40 Under 40. He consistently reaches and achieves new goals in this ever changing mortgage industry by implementing and following through with new strategies and concepts.

Allen Beydoun leads more than 100 Account Executives, Team Leaders, Division Managers and Developmental Teams. On a day-to-day basis, Beydoun enforces continuous strategies focused on maintaining and expanding UWM’s Broker and Correspondent network. Beydoun joined UWM as an Account Executive in 2007 and developed a strong understanding of customer dynamics to create a leadership style that would further drive UWM’s commitment to Lending Made Easy. His impressive leadership guides the entire staff of UWM in providing exceptional customer service, consistent turn times and constant communication between UWM’s operations staff and Brokers. Recently, Beydoun was named as one of The Top 40 Mortgage Professionals under 40 by National Mortgage Professional Magazine.

Justin Glass
Vice President Business Development & Training
Justin Glass oversees the complete mortgage and technology training of the entire Account Executive sales team at United Wholesale Mortgage. Glass has extensive technology knowledge and is continually improving UWM’s website and improving sales tools for our internal staff. Glass is also responsible for interviewing and hiring new Account Executives and is committed to United Wholesale Mortgage’s continued growth and success.

Shaun Groves

Shaun Groves served as a top-producing Account Executive at UWM. His experience and corresponding product knowledge advanced him to head a division that is focused on making the lending process as easy as possible. He is responsible for elevating the skills and knowledge of Account Executives so that they too offer unparalleled service and products to their clients. Groves directs his division with plans and strategies to develop their accounts to offer the highest level of client service.

Troy Evans has more than 10 years of experience as a mortgage Broker and was a former UWM Account Executive. Evans utilizes his firsthand experience to develop and train his sales division. His success lies behind coaching his team to be business partners to UWM’s network of Brokers rather than just another Account Executive. Evans is responsible for ensuring that UWM’s clients receive the world-class customer service they deserve.

Chad Osterhout

Chad Osterhout contributes greatly in elevating UWM as a top wholesale lender. He assists his division in sustaining long lasting relationships with Brokers, financial institutions and banks across the country. Osterhout’s leadership and guidance to his sales division of Account Executives impacts and supports the continued growth of United Wholesale Mortgage. He guides his division in increasing their Broker network while providing the best customer service for their clients and maximizing their sales volume.
