Sarah DeCiantis provides strategic direction to support the growth and success of the UWM and our nationwide network of mortgage brokers. Successfully building a team of 30+ marketing experts, Sarah leads UWM’s marketing, public relations, social media and internal communications. She created an in-house agency concept that provides UWM clients with marketing consultation and materials that are customizable for local market use. Before joining UWM, Sarah was the Director of Partnership Marketing for Palace Sports and Entertainment and the Detroit Pistons, responsible for all client relationships and partnership activation.

Tereze is the passionate service-driven trailblazer of UWM's client service efforts. Responsible for implementing initiatives that won the company Stevie Awards for Client Service Department of the Year for 2016/2017 and significantly increasing our Net Promoter Score ranking UWM in the top five companies nationwide for service/client loyalty. Leading our Welcome Associates, Operations Call Scoring/Coaching and Client Outreach Team, her team takes in all feedback and works with leaders to implement changes. Tereze has a clear understanding of what brokers look for to ensure UWM delivers the best client service experience in the industry. With extensive expertise—from processing and originating to running a mortgage brokerage firm—Melinda strives to streamline UWM operations to make the lending process easier from start to finish for mortgage brokers and borrowers in all 50 states. She is constantly reading and translating the mortgage guidelines into a client friendly experience.
