UWM’s CRM Platform, Client Connect, Gets an Upgrade

Brand 360’s Client Connect includes new dashboard, advanced filtering and full sync with Blink

PONTIAC, August 19, 2020 – United Wholesale Mortgage, (UWM), the #1 wholesale mortgage lender, today launched enhancements to Brand 360’s Client Connect, which helps brokers manage client contacts and alerts in a more consolidated, efficient way.

“The broker channel is seeing fantastic growth. With this growth, mortgage brokers need to be able to easily stay in front of their past clients,” said Mat Ishbia, president and CEO of United Wholesale Mortgage. “Client Connect automates borrower communication touchpoints and gives brokers an effortless way to stay connected.”

Brand 360’s Client Connect tracks and monitors eight different borrower alerts, allowing brokers to effortlessly manage client relationships and gain repeat business. Communications are sent out automatically to borrowers at key moments in their mortgage journey, from milestones such as birthday wishes to pinging brokers when clients are eligible to drop mortgage insurance. New features include:

  • Updated Dashboard: Notifications are now consolidated into three easy-to-navigate options.
  • Improved Filtering Options: These new options allow brokers to search by contact owner, alert type and contact status or date range. Users can customize the filters as much or little as desired to see the information needed.
  • Blink Sync: All Blink borrowers will now transfer into Brand 360 contacts in real-time, with the ability to categorize contacts as leads or borrowers, making it easier to market more effectively to each group.

“We provide these tools to help brokers protect and earn future business. Client Connect helps ensure the client will come back to the broker for their next loan,” Ishbia said.

UWM provides tools and training to independent mortgage brokers signed up with them to help grow their business. For more information on how to sign up as a broker with UWM, visit www.UWM.com.
