Automatically Populate Fees In Ease

Manually entering fees into an LOS can be time consuming and prone to error. With SmartFees, UWM’s EASE system automatically populates Title Fees into Sec C and State Transfer Taxes and Tax Stamps into Sec E.

Here’s how it works:

• Once the loan is imported into EASE and you’ve selected to float or lock, go into the fee screen and SmartFees will autopopulate the fees.
• You can manually edit the fees, and those fees will no longer update when you select Refresh SmartFees.
• Autopopluated SmartFees fees will be indicated in the lower right corner. If you edit the fee, the indicator goes away.
