With Control Your Price, we give you the power to grow your business by earning up to 340bps per quarter to use when you need it, where you need it — whether that's earning an opportunity with a real estate agent or getting creative to win over a borrower. Here's how it works:
Earn bps As A Team And As An Individual
Control Your Price is tied to both your company’s quarterly Account Success Report (ASR) status and your individual monthly PRO Ranking.
For every month you achieve PRO Elite with a PRO Score of 100+, you’ll earn 60bps, and if your PRO Score is 100+ for all 3 months in a quarter, you’ll receive an additional 60bps.

For every month you achieve PRO Elite with a PRO Score between 70-99, you’ll earn 30bps, and if you’re PRO Elite all 3 months in a quarter, you’ll receive an additional 30bps.

Redeem With Ease
Control Your Price is built right into UWM's EASE platform, making redemption simple and intuitive. Just choose the loan you want to enhance from your pipeline, go to the Products and Pricing screen and click the Control Your Price button. You can allocate up to 40bps to any eligible conventional, government or non-agency loan.
Non-Agency Jumbo Control Your Price Bps Match
On all non-agency Jumbo offerings, you’ll receive double or triple the Control Your Price bps you apply up to 120bps* by submitting a CR to the lock desk.
Roll Over
At the end of a quarter, you can roll over up to 40 Control Your Price bps from your reserve into the following quarter. Any bps exceeding the 40bps rollover will be removed from your Control Your Price reserve.

*Only applicable to loans with broker compensation payments of $10,000 or less. Loans with broker compensation of $5,001 to $10,000 may qualify for a Control Your Price bps match of up to 80bps total. Loans with a broker compensation of $5,000 or less may qualify for a Control Your Price bps match of 120bps total.
