When you order PA+, you’ll get a dedicated UWM Loan Coordinator who will work with you and your borrower. Just let us know how you want to communicate and the actions to complete on each loan (e.g., frequency, timing, etc.). Your Loan Coordinator is here to help ease some of the most time-consuming parts of the loan process from Setup through Closing.

PA+ is designed to be as flexible as you want it to be. You can choose PA+ on any loan and you have the option to select either Full Service or just the part or parts of the process you need the most help with.

Once in EASE, navigate to the Products and Pricing screen and select the level of PA+ support you prefer under “Processing Options.” The fee will be applied to the loan in the form of a loan-level price adjustment (LLPA). Then, once you send initial disclosures and indicate your preferences on the PA+ order screen, we’ll take it from there. Of course, you can also elect to handle processing directly in-house or with your third-party processor.

What’s more, when you use PA+ Setup or PA+ Full Service, you’ll automatically achieve an Ultimate Loan Submission, which can help you earn a higher PRO Ranking status. Plus, it helps keep underwriting touches to a minimum — supporting your company’s ASR (Account Success Report) status and reducing the amount of back and forth with the borrower. Bottom line?
